Auld Alliance

Treat yourself to a gourmet blend of specialty dishes and exceptional dining at the Auld Alliance. In the tradition of the familial French kitchen, we’ve gathered a team of culinary artisans to bring French Country cuisine to life with an Auld twist. Croft
Indulge and drink up in a comfortably rustic setting at Croft. Here you’ll enjoy simple, yet refined breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as hand-crafted cocktails. Named after the small farms sprinkled across Scotland, Croft focuses on crafting culinary delights with pure, fresh ingredients.

The Pocket Cafe
Enjoy a cozy respite or refreshing pick-me-up before starting your day or next adventure. The Pocket Cafe is a charming coffee shop that welcomes guests with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and fresh-baked pastries every morning. C In the afternoon and evening, grab drinks and snacks while taking in the spectacular views.

Drawing inspiration from both the area’s Scottish heritage and the rugged, natural landscape, the Creag serves craft cocktails and the finest spirits and wines from around the world, along with a seasonal dining menu.

Thank you for not smoking.

If you want to smoke, please be sure to step outside the hotel. No smoking is allowed on premises including outdoor terraces. Vaping inside the hotel will set off smoke alarms due to sensitive infrared devices. Please refrain indoors.

Cloudland is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the building. A fee of $300 will be charged to your room for room recovery.

Please take a moment to review the important safety information below. Immediately after checking in please review the floor plan and the back of the guest room door. Please find and memorize the locations of the emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and fire alarms closest to the guest rooms.

IF THE FIRE ALARM SOUNDS

We want all guests to be familiar with the following evacuation procedures:

Exiting the Hotel

- Take the room key

- Test the door for heat or smoke before opening

- If the hallway is clear, exit by the nearest stairwell

If the door is warm or impassable

- Place wet towels at the base of the door

- Call the Hotel emergency number at 911 with your name and room number

- Turn off the HVAC system to keep smoke from entering the room

- Stay low to the floor to avoid inhaling smoke

TRAVELER SAFETY TIPS

Do not answer the door in your room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from our team was dispatched to your room.

In addition to being located on a mountaintop 2,300 feet above sea level, few courses offer the range of holes that McLemore provides or the drama inherent in its landscape.

The Cairn Short Course is one of the several jewels in the crown of McLemore. Designed by Bill Bergin, The Cairn rests on the north side of the Clubhouse and overlooks the dramatic and award-winning 18th hole on the Highlands Course.

The Keep / 18-Hole Course Opening Spring 2024
Located along the eastern cliff edge of Lookout Mountain, The Keep is designed as a walkable, mountaintop golf experience laid out by Bill Bergin and Rees Jones. Legendary golf course architect, Rees Jones, commented during the 2021 U.S. Open that The Keep “could host a major.” The Keep promises to be one of the most scenic and enjoyable courses to play in the southeast and is scheduled to open in Spring 2024.

INFINITY EDGE POOL

While the heated pool extends the opportunity to relax throughout multiple seasons, the hot tub brings extra warmth as you take in the view.
