Croft
Indulge and drink up in a comfortably rustic setting at Croft. Here you’ll enjoy simple, yet refined breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as hand-crafted cocktails. Named after the small farms sprinkled across Scotland, Croft focuses on crafting culinary delights with pure, fresh ingredients.

Auld Alliance
Treat yourself to a gourmet blend of specialty dishes and exceptional dining at the Auld Alliance. In the tradition of the familial French kitchen, we’ve gathered a team of culinary artisans to bring French Country cuisine to life with an Auld twist. This upscale restaurant bridges culture and cuisine while offering magnificent, cliff-edge views of McLemore Cove.

The Pocket Cafe
Enjoy a cozy respite or refreshing pick-me-up before starting your day or next adventure. The Pocket is a charming coffee shop that welcomes guests with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and fresh-baked pastries every morning. In the afternoon and evening, grab drinks and snacks while taking in the spectacular views.

Skyside

Drawing inspiration from both the area’s Scottish heritage and the rugged, natural landscape, the Creag serves craft cocktails and the finest spirits and wines from around the world, along with a seasonal dining menu.

Executive Chef Dustin Willett
With over two decades of experience within the culinary and hospitality industries, Willett brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Cloudland Lodge at McLemore Resort. He oversees the resort's four distinctive restaurants – Auld Alliance, Croft, The Pocket Café and Skyside – injecting them with his unique flair that marries French and Scottish themes with Southern influences, deeply rooted in the resort's locale.
Willett’s journey began in culinary school at Culinard in Birmingham, Alabama, and prior to his arrival on Lookout Mountain, he was the executive chef at The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. In between, his journey has taken him to internationally renowned establishments such as Washington, D.C.’s The Four Seasons and multiple properties in New Orleans.
