Relaxation Lounge
Cultivate mindfulness in this space for tranquility and contemplation. Take an opportunity away from the hectic outside world to be completely in the moment. Steam
The men’s changing area includes a steam room. Inhale the benefits from our steam room and improve circulation, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, clear congestion, and support your immune system by eliminating toxins. Eucalyptus aromatherapy clears the mind and promotes clear breathing, empowering a healthy mental state.
Sauna
There are saunas in both the men’s and women’s changing areas. Each one is enhanced with a Himalayan salt wall that provides health and relaxation benefits for our guests. When the Himalayan salt is heated, it releases negative ions. These ions create a fresh, clean, bacteria-free environment that reduces stress, increases energy levels and elevates your mood while providing excellent benefits for your respiratory system. In addition, the calcium, magnesium, and iodine produced with the heat can reduce respiratory inflammation and increase your heart rate. This improves blood circulation and boosts your metabolism. The sauna also relaxes and soothes aches and pains in both muscles and joints while cleansing the skin.
Cold Deluge Shower
As cold water touches your skin, the rush stimulates circulation providing the benefits of endorphin release, joint and muscle pain relief, and an immediate energy boost leaving you feeling a sense of invigoration, balance, and clarity.
Hydrotherapy Lounge
Each changing area is equipped with space to experience thermotherapy: a three-step relaxation ritual, alternating between hot and cold temperatures followed by a period of rest. This process is designed to stimulate circulation, relieve pain, decrease stress, and rejuvenate the body. Utilize our options of high heat and cold showers to achieve a total mind/ body reset.

SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT - We encourage you to schedule your appointments well ahead of your visit to ensure that your therapist, and/or preferred treatments and times are available. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, telephone number, and email address. Walk-ins are welcome and based on availability.
PERSONAL MATTERS - You will be asked to complete a medical history form prior to receiving a spa service so we can best customize your experience. Please notify us of any health concerns, specific needs, or if you are pregnant at the time of booking so that we may guide you to the appropriate treatment choices.
CANCELLATIONS - Scheduled services are reserved just for you, if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notification. Missed appointments without proper notice to a Spa Coordinator are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
ARRIVAL - We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time with no reduction in the value of the treatment applied.
ATTIRE & VALUABLES – You will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. We ask that you do not bring your valuables to the spa as we are not responsible for items that are lost or left at the spa.
TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT - Selah is an environment of tranquility to restore your energy and relax. We do ask that the use of technology while in the spa be suspended to maintain the privacy and quiet consideration of all our spa guests.
ALCOHOL-FREE - Due to the negative side-effects associated with alcohol consumption directly before or after spa experiences, Selah is an alcohol-free space.
SERVICE CHARGE - To provide a seamless experience for our guests, a 22% service charge will be included on all spa experiences. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion.
AGE OF ADMISSION - To enjoy the benefits of Selah amenities and treatments, you must be at least 18 years old.
GIFT CARDS – Selah gift cards make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion and may be purchased for a specific dollar amount.
