Overnight guests of Cloudland and McLemore members are invited to join us for a complimentary Shrinky Dink ornament crafting event. This is a fun way to get into the holiday spirit and create keepsakes to treasure for years to come.
North Pole Post Office: Letters to Santa
Daily through December 24
Stop by our festive letter-writing station to craft a note to Santa, complete with special paper and a mailbox that goes straight from Cloudland to the North Pole. It’s a heartwarming tradition the whole family will love.
Cookies With Santa

Enjoy a visit with the jolly man of the season.
Imagine a cozy winter evening at Cloudland, where little ones can enjoy freshly baked cookies and milk while visiting with Santa himself. He’ll be dressed in his festive red suit, ready to listen to holiday wishes and pose for photos.

Brunch With Santa

Celebrate the season at Croft, nestled within Cloudland at McLemore Resort. This December, Croft is hosting two delightful Brunch with Santa events—Saturday, December 13 and 20, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Bring your wish list, cameras, and holiday cheer! Santa himself will be on hand for photos and handshakes. Whether you’re planning a multi-generational outing or a cozy morning with loved ones, this is a relaxed, inclusive event designed for all ages.
Complimentary valet provided with reservation.
The Wreath Studio: Wreath Making Workshop

Ring in the holidays with a wreath making workshop by local florist, Avery Barron.
Let the festive environment of our exquisite, mountaintop resort feed your creative spirit while you create a holiday wreath from fresh greenery and an array of natural embellishments.
Avery and team will guide you through the steps of crafting a festive, holiday wreath. No experience is required and all the high-quality materials for your wreath will be provided.
Warm up with complimentary hot chocolate and cider as you share this creative experience with friends and family.

Gingerbread House Decorating

Bring your family and friends to design your own festive gingerbread house.
Join us at Cloudland at McLemore Resort to design your own festive gingerbread houses with a variety of colorful candies, icing, and sprinkles. Join us on Friday, December 19 from 2 - 4pm as we continue celebrating the holidays with this classic experience.
Tickets are open to the public and registration is required. One gingerbread house provided per ticket. Friends and family who are accompanying a decorator do not need to purchase a ticket.

New Year’s Eve: Black Tie in The Sky

Ring in the new year in unforgettable style at Cloudland’s first official New Year’s Eve celebration, Black Tie in the Sky. Hosted in the elegant Skyline Ballroom, this mountaintop evening promises fine dining, music, and a dazzling countdown high above the valley below.
Guests may choose from two ticket options:
Dinner & Celebration: Begin the night at 6pm with doors opening for dinner guests. Enjoy a chef-crafted dinner with live music from 7-9pm, followed by a decadent dessert hour from 9–10pm, before joining the full celebration leading up to midnight.
Countdown Celebration: Doors open at 10 PM for guests joining the party and midnight countdown.
As the clock strikes midnight, raise a complimentary glass of champagne as we welcome 2026 together in sparkling fashion. Festivities continue until 1am.
