Our dry Himalayan salt sauna is more than heat therapy. When warmed, the Himalayan salt wall releases negative ions - creating a clean, restorative environment that eases respiratory tension, reduces stress, and lifts energy. SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT - We encourage you to schedule your appointments well ahead of your visit to ensure that your therapist, and/or preferred treatments and times are available. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, telephone number, and email address. Walk-ins are welcome and based on availability.
PERSONAL MATTERS - You will be asked to complete a medical history form prior to receiving a spa service so we can best customize your experience. Please notify us of any health concerns, specific needs, or if you are pregnant at the time of booking so that we may guide you to the appropriate treatment choices.
CANCELLATIONS - Scheduled services are reserved just for you, if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notification. Missed appointments without proper notice to a Spa Coordinator are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
ARRIVAL - We kindly request our guests arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to their spa experience start time to enjoy the spa facilities. This ensures that their treatment starts on time and that the spa experience is not impacted by a late arrival. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities for an hour prior and an hour post their treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time with no reduction in the value of the treatment applied.
ATTIRE & VALUABLES – You will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. We ask that you do not bring your valuables to the spa as we are not responsible for items that are lost or left at the spa.
TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT - Selah is an environment of tranquility to restore your energy and relax. We do ask that the use of technology while in the spa be suspended to maintain the privacy and quiet consideration of all our spa guests.
ALCOHOL-FREE - Due to the negative side-effects associated with alcohol consumption directly before or after spa experiences, Selah is an alcohol-free space.
SERVICE CHARGE - To provide a seamless experience for our guests, a 22% service charge will be included on all spa experiences. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion.
AGE OF ADMISSION - To enjoy the benefits of Selah amenities and treatments, you must be at least 18 years old.
